The Lockyer Valley region is ideally situated being less than a one hour's drive from inner city Brisbane.
It straddles the Warrego Highway and covers an area of approximately 2,200 sq kms.
The population is growing quickly, according to the ABS 2021 Census Data the Estimated Resident Population for the Lockyer Valley is 42,840 with a growth rate of 1.37% in the last year and with a 10 year average of 1.6%.
The growth projections from Queensland Treasury are: by 2031 the population will be 51,529 or by 2041 it will be 58,542.
