Is your building energy efficient?
Energy efficiency is a fast moving area of building which is regularly being updated within the building codes.
Most new buildings will need to comply with the energy efficiency requirements of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and the Queensland Development Code (QDC) MP4.1 and MP4.2. Energy consultants can compute the appropriate star-rating of your building or a deemed to satisfy method can be used.
These buildings must comply with the requirements of the Queensland Development Code.
