Historical Planning Schemes
Historical Planning Schemes are for reference purposes only and do not constitute superseded Planning Schemes for the purposes of section 29 of the Planning Act 2016.
Former Gatton Shire
- Gatton Shire Planning Scheme 2007 (superseded on 20 July 2020) This scheme was superseded when Planning Scheme Amendment No. 1 (2020) took effect. This amendment: reduced the categories of assessment for Catering shops and Health care premises in existing commercial buildings in Precincts C1 and C2 of the Commercial zone; reduced the requirements for Annexed Units; and amended the definition of Annexed unit.
- Gatton Shire Planning Scheme 2007 (superseded on 27 June 2018) This scheme was superseded by the implementation and integration of a Local Government Infrastructure Plan into the original Gatton Shire Planning Scheme.

- Gatton Shire Interim Regulatory Bylaws 1962-1980 Interim Regulatory Bylaws were used by some local governments in Queensland before the adoption of formal planning instrument or planning schemes.

A number of Gatton Shire Planning Scheme policies were adopted in 1981 at the same time as the planning scheme and after the planning scheme was in force.

Former Laidley Shire
- Laidley Shire Planning Scheme 2003 (superseded on 20 July 2020) This scheme was superseded when Planning Scheme Amendment No. 1 (2020) took effect. This amendment: reduced the categories of assessment for Tourist accommodation (if a bed and breakfast) in the Rural Agriculture Area and Rural Upland Area; reduced the categories of assessment for development in areas identified as being of very high ecological significance, or where development is located within an area of Ecological significance but does not involve the clearing of vegetation; reduced the requirements for Apartments; and amended the definition for Apartment and adding a definition for Dwelling unit
- Laidley Shire Planning Scheme 2003 - Amendment 1 (superseded on 27 March 2019). This scheme was superseded by Amendment 2 that altered the level of assessment of Intensive Animal Husbandry in the Rural Landscape Area [zone] for poultry farms. This amendment changed the category of assessment from code assessable to impact assessable development where Poultry Farms have 1000 birds and greater.
- Laidley Shire Planning Scheme 2003 (superseded on 27 June 2018) This scheme was superseded by the implementation and integration of a Local Government Infrastructure Plan into the original Laidley Shire Planning Scheme.

Superseded and Historical adopted infrastructure charges resolutions
Lockyer Valley Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution (No. 7) 2023 was adopted by Council on 19 July 2023 and came into effect 20 July 2023.
Lockyer Valley Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution (No. 6) 2022 was adopted by Council on 15 June 2022 and came into effect 1 July 2022.
Lockyer Valley Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution (No. 5) 2021 was adopted by Council on 16 June 2021 and came into effect 1 October 2021.
Lockyer Valley Regional Council Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution (No. 4) 2019 was adopted by Council on 28 August 2019.
Lockyer Valley Regional Council Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution (No. 3) 2019 was adopted by Council on 8 May 2019.
Lockyer Valley Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution (No.2) 2018 was amended by Council on 24 April 2018.
Lockyer Valley Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution (No. 1) 2015 was amended by Council on 10 June 2015. This was supported by Council's Local Government Infrastructure Plan.
Lockyer Valley Adopted Infrastructure Charges Resolution 2011 was adopted and came into force and effect on 1 July 2011
