Council business with 24-hour convenience
Online Services is an exciting new tool for Lockyer Valley residents and businesses that prefer to do business online.
Accessible via Council's website, this service provides a 24-hour portal that can assist residents with most of their queries and needs.
Lockyer Valley Regional Council Mayor Tanya Milligan said she was excited residents had the opportunity to connect with Council online.
Online Services is a very functional and accurate tool that allows the user to submit requests and make payments when it is convenient for them.
Payments can be made for rates, applications and animal registration renewals.
So far, the service has received positive feedback, Mayor Milligan said.
Customers can submit an enquiry or request around the following topics:
Animal Control
Building Services
Cemetery Services
Community Engagement and Recovery
Environmental Planning
Events and Marketing
Facilities
General Council Enquiries
Health and Regulatory Services
Infrastructure Works and Services
Planning Services
Plumbing Services
Rates
Waste Services
Using Online Services, customers can also search and track Development Applications for Building, Planning and Plumbing; lodge applications for property certificates (such as Rating Certificates, Town Planning Certificates and Form 19s) online and register for an account, to ensure their interaction with Council can be tracked more easily.
If you're interested in learning more, stop by the Council stand at this year's 100th Gatton Show to see how Online Services works, Mayor Milligan said.
