Lockyer Valley Regional Council's Regional Skills Investment Strategy (RSIS) is engaging a Hospitality Business Consultant to assist a limited number of Lockyer Valley hospitality businesses.

The Consultant will conduct an initial walk through and observation of your business operation. They will spend time with you identifying potential operational improvements, skills gaps and training needs, undertaking future planning and sharing thoughts and ideas with you.

You will receive a detailed report for future reference. The report will include recommendations for business growth, proposed changes, workforce skills improvements, and how to implement and maintain best practices.

What do I need to do if I'm interested?

Be open to a Consultant entering the business to observe and ask questions.

Be able to allocate a maximum of three hours for a one-on-one consultation meeting, at your premise.
