Heritage Bank People's Choice Awards
Time is quickly running out to get your vote in for this year's Heritage Bank People's Choice Awards.
With one week remaining, Council's Mayor Steve Jones said it was important to remember that every vote counts.
Residents are encouraged to support their favourite business - one that excels in customer service, Cr Jones said.
Customers can vote by submitting an entry form at the designated entry locations, including:
- Heritage Bank, Railway Street, Gatton;
- Heritage Bank Mini-Branch Laidley Newsagency, Patrick Street, Laidley;
- Libraries - Gatton and Laidley;
- Gatton Visitor Information Centre; and
- Gatton Star, North Street, Gatton.
Voting will close at Close of Business on Wednesday 23 September 2015.
Eight finalists will be determined by popular vote and the overall winner will be determined by a mystery shopping experience. Finalists of Heritage Bank People's Choice Awards will be published in the Gatton Star on 30 September.
Vote for your favourite business and you will go into the draw to win a $100 gift voucher at a local business of your choice. The wining business of the Heritage Bank People's Choice Award will take home a prize pack to the value of $500.
The Lockyer Valley Business Training and Apprenticeship Awards will be held at the Gatton Shire Hall on Saturday 24 October.
