Interactive stickers installed
If you're taking a stroll around Lake Apex Park in Gatton or the Laidley Green Space at McNulty Park, you will find a special new attraction to engage and educate our youngsters!
In conjunction with First 5 Forever, Lockyer Valley Libraries recently installed a series of interactive stickers.
Arts and Culture Portfolio Councillor Michael Hagan said the stickers were designed to encourage families to engage in fun activities.
Stroll down to the park to read, sing, play and talk with your loved ones.
Here in the Lockyer Valley, we have access to so many beautiful parks and this is another way they can be enjoyed by both residents and visitors.
The First 5 Forever messaging of talk, sing, play, read is vital and we hope to see interaction between children and caregivers, Cr Hagan said.
