Impounding Notice

Notice is hereby given the undermentioned stock have been impounded from Otto Road, Glenore Grove on 01 April 2021:

- 1 x Jersey Type Bull, cream/white in colour, nil brand or NLIS

Fees and charges for this animal have been accrued in accordance with Council's Local Laws.

The bull, if not claimed by 4pm Thursday 29 April 2021, will be disposed of by Council in accordance with Lockyer Valley Regional Council Local Law No. 2 (Animal Management) 2011

by Public Auction.

The Auction will be held at the Lockyer Valley Regional Council Pound Facility, 27 Treatment Plant Road, Gatton on Friday 30 April 2021 at 11am.

Persons intending to bid at the Auction are required to register as such no later than 10.45am Friday 30 April 2021, on-site.
