Holiday Scooter, Skate Workshops set for the Easter break

The region’s scooter and skating fanatics are invited to come along to the free Holiday Scooter and Skate Workshops when they’re held next month.

Hosted by Lockyer Valley Regional Council, the workshops are not to be missed for our region’s skaters.

Community Services Portfolio Councillor Michael Hagan said the workshops were a wonderful opportunity for the region’s youth to participate in over the holiday break.

“We look forward to welcoming our youth from across the region to this exciting and free activity,” he said.

When: Saturday 9 April

Where: Laidley Skatepark, Edward Street

Time: Scooter Workshop, 9am – 12pm; Skate Workshop, 2pm – 5pm.

Entrants are reminded registrations for both the Scooter Workshop and Skate Workshop are separate and need to be completed by a parent or guardian.
