Gallery taking applications for 2023

Applications for anyone wishing to exhibit at the Lockyer Valley Art Gallery in 2023 are now open.

Lockyer Valley Community Services Portfolio Councillor Michael Hagan encouraged artists or interested parties to act on this opportunity.

“If you’ve always thought about submitting a proposal but haven’t yet done so, this really is the perfect chance to plan for your exhibition in 2023.

“Our team does a wonderful job of fostering local talent throughout the Lockyer Valley and this is just one of the many opportunities available to local artists.

“I am looking forward to seeing what exhibitions we can showcase in 2023 and the range of different works that will be on display,” Cr Hagan said.

Applications must be received by 31 August 2022 for the 2023 calendar year. If you are unsuccessful this year, you are very welcome to submit another application in the future.

Vacancies in the 2023 exhibition calendar include April, May, July and December.
