Council assistance available year-round
Lockyer Valley Regional Council Mayor, Cr Tanya Milligan said Council’s website was home to a wealth of information when it comes to grants, donations, fee waivers and in-kind assistance programs.
“Council offers funding and assistance to encourage community capacity building and provide supplementary funding to assist with social, cultural, recreational and environmental opportunities.
“Initiatives such as these go a long way towards building an inclusive and sustainable region through our community groups and encourages them to continue to make positive contributions to the quality of life in our region,” Mayor Milligan said.
The programs on offer from Lockyer Valley Regional Council are reviewed annually and provided for in Council’s Budget.

- Waivers/Reduction of Fees
- Workshops and training for community groups
