What is your windowpane?

The Lockyer Valley Art Gallery is calling for applications for one of its most unique exhibitions yet.

Just imagine you’re in front of a window – you can look through, look out and look in. What do you see?

Lockyer Valley Regional Council Libraries and Galleries Portfolio Councillor Julie Reck encouraged applications for the upcoming ‘Windowpanes’ exhibition.

“It’s such an interesting thing to ask yourself, but if you do, what is your windowpane? If you step through it, where will it take you?

“We’re looking for those who might be interested in applying to exhibit their “windowpane” themed works for this dynamic, thoughtful and diverse exhibition.

“This exhibition will bring together a variety of perspectives, interpretations and artistic talents and is sure to be a fantastic collection of local creations.

“All mediums are welcome and regardless of your experience, you are welcome to apply to share your works,” Cr Reck said.

Applications close at 9am, Wednesday 6 November.
