Stella Quinn to visit Lockyer Valley Libraries
Lockyer Valley Libraries will welcome esteemed author Stella Quinn for an Author Talk later this month.
As one of Australia’s favourite rural romance authors, Stella will head our way to showcase her latest rural romance title, A Snowy River Summer, a heart-warming story of finding love where you least expect it.
The novel takes readers on a journey with character Kylie Summer, who loves her hometown in the Snowies, and life would be wonderful if only her workshop would turn a profit, and Hanrahan would recover from its shortage of eligible blokes. In a timely turn of events, an arrogant city lawyer turns up. He's charming and he's good-looking but he's a bad decision waiting to happen.
Currently residing in Queensland, Stella has lived in England, Hong Kong and Papua New Guinea. An active member of Romance Writers of Australia, Stella has won their Emerald, Sapphire and Valerie Parv Awards, and placed as a finalist in their R*BY Romantic Book of the Year award.
Lockyer Valley Regional Council Libraries and Galleries Portfolio Councillor Julie Reck encouraged residents to book a place to enjoy this in-person event.
“It’s exciting to see an author of this merit visit our region,” she said.
