Impounding Notice - Young Jersey X type bull

IMPOUNDING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned animal has been impounded by Council:

• 1 x young Jersey X type bull, brown/cream/black in colour, impounded from Forest Hill Fernvale Road, Glenore Grove on 10 April 2025.

Fees and charges for this animal have been accrued in accordance with Council’s Local Laws.

The animal, if not claimed by 4pm, Wednesday 7 May 2025, will be disposed of by Council in accordance with Lockyer Valley Regional Council Local Law No. 2 (Animal Management) 2011, by Public Auction held at the Lockyer Valley Regional Council Pound Facility located at 27 Treatment Plant Road, Gatton on Friday 9 May 2025 at 11am.

Persons intending to bid at the Auction are required to register as such no later than 10.45am, Friday 9 May 2025 on-site.
