Australia Day celebrations
Council’s 2025 Australia Day Awards and Citizenship Ceremony will take place from 9am on Sunday 26 January at the Gatton Shire Hall.

Pop-up series about to start
Council will host a series of community pop-up events throughout 2025!
This is your chance to meet with Councillors and Council officers to ask questions, provide feedback on consultation projects, and stay up-to-date on important initiatives.

Mahon Bridge works underway
Works on Mahon Bridge, Carpendale Road, Carpendale are now underway and will require a full closure of the road at the bridge from mid-January for approximately six months.
Recommended detours are via Gatton-Helidon Road or Ma Ma Lilydale Road.
The project is made possible with funding from the Australian Government’s Safer Local Roads and Infrastructure Program (formerly the Bridges Renewal Program).
