Working on Council land form
If your community group operates on Council-owned land or in a Council-owned building, you must obtain Council’s approval prior to undertaking any upgrades or changes. If you are applying for grant-funding for the proposed upgrades, you should seek Council approval prior to submitting your grant application.
To obtain approval, please complete the Working on Council Land form which can be accessed here, and return to facilitymaintenance@lvrc.qld.gov.au. A Council officer will then contact you to work with your group on the request.
