Residents of the Lockyer Valley are encouraged to join the Early Warning Network (EWN) to receive free warning alerts for severe thunderstorms, hail, destructive winds, cyclones and flooding. Residents can choose alerts via email, SMS to a mobile number or voice alerts on a landline.
