Once you download the app, just enter your address and you will be able to see your collection day.

Snap Send Solve

If "Snap Send Solve" is your preferred method to let us know about issues, we do accept customer requests via this app. Please be aware the functionality is limited as we are not a paid subscriber to their service.

Using the app you are able to send a (1) photo, map and description of any issue that requires action by Council. Your request is sent via the app as an email and will be processed by Customer Contact Officers. We will respond (if necessary) via email.
