Change of Address

To ensure the accuracy and security of Council's property records, changes of address will not be accepted over the phone. Written advice must be provided to Council.

A mail re-direction is not an acceptable change of address advice to Council.

Our Collection Agents cannot accept a change of address advice.

Please use one of the following options to complete your change of address:

• Change of Address form to be completed and:
  • emailed to mailbox@lvrc.qld.gov.au
  • Mailed to:
    Lockyer Valley Regional Council
    PO Box 82
    GATTON QLD 4343
  • Delivered to one of Council's Customer Service Centres at either Laidley or Gatton.

Council now offers the delivery of Rate Notices via email. If you would like your future Rate Notices emailed, please contact Council at mailbox@lvrc.qld.gov.au
